Summary: By installing or using the WhatsFlow CRM Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms. WhatsFlow CRM is an assistive browser tool for online merchants and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatsFlow CRM browser extension, software products, and website (https://laxsaj.store) operated by Muhammad Sajid Lakha ("WhatsFlow CRM", "we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license key, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Grant of License

Subject to payment of applicable subscription or lifetime license fees, WhatsFlow CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension on your Google Chrome browser for your internal business operations.

  • Starter & Pro Plans: Licensed on a recurring subscription basis per merchant.
  • Lifetime VIP License: Single one-time purchase granting lifetime access to v1.x feature updates.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension software.

3. Merchant of Record & Billing

Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles billing, VAT/sales tax collection, customer invoicing, and checkout security. All transactions are subject to Paddle's Terms of Service.

4. Free Trial & Cancellation

Monthly subscription plans include a 7-Day Free Trial ($0.00 charged on checkout). You may cancel your trial or active subscription at any time before renewal via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Paddle billing emails or by notifying our support desk.

5. Disclaimer & WhatsApp Brand Notice

WhatsFlow CRM is an independent browser automation and CRM enhancement tool. WhatsFlow CRM is NOT sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring that your messaging activities comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhatsFlow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, WhatsApp Web interface updates, loss of customer leads, or browser incompatibilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
