Zero-Data Selling Guarantee: WhatsFlow CRM operates locally inside your Google Chrome browser. We do NOT harvest, sell, monetize, or track your customer chat contents, contact lists, phone numbers, or private order history.

1. Introduction & Scope

WhatsFlow CRM ("we", "our", or "us") provides a browser extension and assistive workflow tool for online sellers using WhatsApp Web. This Privacy Policy discloses our practices concerning data collection, processing, and protection in compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

2. Single Purpose & Data Processing

WhatsFlow CRM has a single core purpose: to assist online merchants in managing order pipelines, generating multiline itemized receipts, setting follow-up reminders, and storing private customer notes directly within WhatsApp Web.

  • Local Browser Storage (`chrome.storage.local`): Pipeline stages (e.g. Paid, Dispatched), private customer notes, and scheduled follow-up reminder timestamps are stored strictly on your local computer via Chrome's native storage. This data is not uploaded to our external servers.
  • No Message Interception: WhatsFlow CRM does not read, log, or export your personal WhatsApp messages or chat logs to any remote server or third party.
  • Alarms & Notifications (`chrome.alarms`, `chrome.notifications`): Used exclusively to trigger your scheduled follow-up reminder alerts and audible chime while WhatsApp Web is open.

3. License Verification & Payments

To verify paid subscriptions and Pro lifetime licenses, the extension transmits only the user-provided License Key to our secure verification endpoint (https://laxsaj.store/api/verify_license.php). No personal WhatsApp data is attached to this request.

Payments are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. We do not store or process your credit card numbers, PayPal passwords, or raw banking credentials.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Data Transfers

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information or customer databases to outside parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.

5. User Control & Data Deletion

You maintain 100% control over your data. Removing the WhatsFlow CRM extension from Google Chrome (chrome://extensions) immediately and permanently deletes all locally saved CRM pipeline stages, notes, and reminders from your browser storage.
