Welcome to AtelierPro™ (operated under laxsaj.store). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing our mobile applications (iOS/Android), or utilizing any services within the AtelierPro™ ecosystem, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
AtelierPro™ provides digital tailoring software, cutter touch screen tools, and customer order tracking pages designed specifically for custom tailors and suit makers. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the platform in accordance with your chosen tier (Single Shop $29/mo, Master Workshop $69/mo, or Multi-Branch $149/mo).
Access is restricted to authorized workshop personnel across our 5 dedicated role portals (Director, Cutter, Coat Maker, Front Desk, and VIP Client).
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($29, $69, $149) or annually ($290, $690, $1,490) with a 14-day risk-free evaluation. All subscriptions, renewals, recurring billing, and payment processing are handled exclusively by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com Inc.). Paddle provides PCI-DSS compliant secure card vaulting, automated fraud prevention, and complete compliance for calculation, collection, and remittance of global sales tax, VAT, and GST.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your atelier dashboard or Paddle's buyer portal.
You are responsible for keeping your shop login password and 2-step verification code secure. Shop owners and administrators are responsible for all actions taken by staff members using their accounts.
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all proprietary client anatomical measurements, pattern drafting chalk notes, fabric inventory records, and financial transaction data entered into your tenant database. AtelierPro™ claims no ownership over your atelier's client lists or bespoke patterns.
We maintain an unconditional zero-monetization policy. Your customer records will never be sold, mined, or shared. Full cryptographic data export (JSON/CSV) is available at any time.
AtelierPro™ operates on managed cloud infrastructure with regular backups and scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance. Enterprise tier clients may arrange custom support terms under a separate written agreement.
You may cancel your software subscription at any time directly through the Plan Management dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period, and you may export your complete client and order data in CSV/JSON format prior to account closure.
