28-Point Patron Anatomical Measurements, Posture Notes & Fit Photos

Client measurement logs, shoulder slope, prominent blade notes, fit photos, and bespoke posture records that you store within your tenant partition.

Order Commission Histories, Fabric Bolt Allocations & Invoices

Garment commissions, cloth inventories, and fitting schedules. Billing Information and payment details are processed and securely vaulted exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com Inc.), adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. AtelierPro does not store or process raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Utilize and Safeguard Your Proprietary Workshop Data

Strict Isolation Across Multi-Tenant Database Structures

Each atelier operates in a cryptographically isolated tenant partition. Your workshop data is inaccessible to other accounts or unauthorized external parties.

End-to-End Encryption at Rest (AES-256) and in Transit (TLS 1.3)

All patron records, measurements, and cutting bench notes are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 encryption.

3. VIP Patron Privacy & Commercial Non-Disclosure Commitments

Zero Data Selling or Commercial Exploitation Policy

We uphold a strict zero-monetization covenant. We never sell, share, analyze, or disclose your customer records, suit patterns, or measurements to anyone.

4. Data Retention, Portability & Right to Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. You may export your records in CSV/JSON format at any time or submit an account erasure request by contacting our technical director.
