By accessing or playing GemRush™ at https://laxsaj.store/gemrush/ or installing the official GemRush Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All source code, HTML5 Canvas rendering routines, visual effects, audio synthesis algorithms, and branding of GemRush™ are the original intellectual property of Muhammad Sajid Lakha (Laxsaj Studio). Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to play the game in their web browser. Commercial redistribution or unauthorized scraping of the game code is prohibited without a valid commercial license.

3. Fair Use & Advertising Conduct

Our free online web arcade is supported by advertisements served via Google AdSense. Users must not use automated scripts, bots, click-generators, or fraudulent methods to interact with advertisements displayed on this portal.

GemRush™ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for entertainment purposes without warranties of any kind.
