Welcome to GemRush™ Arcade (https://laxsaj.store/gemrush/), operated by Muhammad Sajid Lakha ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, stored, and used when you play GemRush on our web portal or via our official browser extension.
1. Local Game Data Storage (High Scores & Settings)
GemRush uses your browser's standard localStorage strictly to save your highest score (highScore) and audio preferences locally on your device. This gameplay data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any external database.
2. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookie Disclosure
We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our web portal at https://laxsaj.store/gemrush/.
- Third-Party Vendors: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
- Google Advertising Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve relevant ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Opt-Out Options: Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
3. Log Files & Standard Analytics
Like most standard web servers, our hosting server automatically records non-identifying technical log entries including IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps for security monitoring and DDoS prevention.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
GemRush is a general-audience family-friendly arcade game. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) from children under the age of 13.
